TWM Services LLC runs this site as a small Utah consulting firm. The calculators are free. There is no signup and no analytics added by us.

Calculators

Every calculation runs in your browser.
Inputs you type stay on this device so a refresh does not wipe them. Reset to examples clears that saved copy.
Copy and Print stay on your device. They do not send anything to us.
Nothing you type in a calculator is sent unless you choose to attach it on the Free Facility Review form.

The form sends only what you choose to send: name, facility, email or phone, optional notes, and any calculator numbers you leave in the box.
It goes to TWM Services LLC at tanner.business617@gmail.com so we can reply. If email delivery is unavailable, the page opens a pre-filled email instead.
We use it to prepare your review. We do not sell it and we do not share it with other companies for marketing.
A backup copy may be kept so a request is not lost if email fails. Ask us to delete a request and we will.
